All data, whether entered using the user interface, submitted via XML translation, or processed through the industry application must meet these business rules. The business rules are organized by table as found on the structure chart. Note: Even though some Biennial Report data is contained within the Handler Module, the business rules associated with Biennial Report data (Source records 'B' and 'R') are not presented here.
