FEEDBACK/REPORT AN ISSUE

The Feedback/Report an Issue link on the Main Menu provides a mechanism for RCRAInfo Industry Application users to provide feedback or report issues to the RCRAInfo Team.  Note:  Before submitting an issue, you are encouraged to check the RCRAInfo Status page to ensure that the all aspects of the system are functioning properly.  This page will provide information on any system outages or maintenance windows that impact application functionality.  You may also subscribe to the page to receive alerts on system issues and updates as they are available.  Also, review the Related resources to determine if your question is addressed in any of these documents. 

 

The RCRAInfo Industry Support Desk page will be displayed in a new browser tab.  Categories of feedback and issues will be presented.  You may click the "General RCRAInfo Support" button to provide feedback or report issues relating to myRCRAid, Biennial Report, Annual Report, WIETS, and e-Manifest (not related to manifest data or manifest data corrections) or click the "e-Manifest Data Corrections" button to ask questions or report issues relating to e-Manifest data and manifest tracking number access issues or corrections.  Additional categories may be added in the future as needed.

REPORT AN ISSUE / ASK A QUESTION

Additionally, you may provide attachments illustrating your issue/question (i.e., screenshots, etc.) by clicking the "Browse" button or dragging and dropping the file in the box provided. 

 

Once you have provided all of the information, click the "Send" button.  You will be provided a reference number and asked to check your email for confirmation and updates regarding this issue/question.  Click "Back to help center" to return to the RCRAInfo Industry Support Desk or click the appropriate browser tab to return to the RCRAInfo Industry Application.

E-MANIFEST DATA CORRECTIONS

Indicate if you want to submit a "General e-Manifest Data Question" or "Manifest Tracking Number Access Issue/Correction" by clicking the appropriate link.
